3 Position Snatch
Every 90 seconds do a snatch from the ground, from knees, and from hips. Hold each catch at the bottom for 3 seconds.
Do 15 sets.

AMRAP 16 Minutes
1 minute mini sled pulls

30 seconds rest
1 minute Burpees
30 seconds rest
