Sets of 12. Start with the lightest ones (even Nick), keep going up. If possible, run the gauntlet. Move on to the KBs once you don’t make 12 reps.

5 Swings

5 Snatches
5 Clean and Press
5 Front Squats

Do one side, then do the other. Try to complete at least 3 sets each side. More is better.
