In 12 minutes:
1-10 Ladder up:
Dumbbell Squats (50/35 lb dbells)
Bar-facing Burpees
then with the remaining time, find 1RM Clean (power, squat, or split is ok).
Scaled: 35/20lbs, stepping burpees ok (see score sheet for masters).
