Skill: Push Ups
(15 minutes)
No pushups from the knees. Use an elevated surface for your hands if you can’t do a pushup Rx.

Do sets of 5 tempo pushups @3111
3 seconds descent
1 second at bottom
1 second to push up
1 second pause at top
