1RM Weighted Pushup
Have a partner load plates onto your back and work up to a one-rep max for one push up. Maintain straight line between shoulders and ankles.

6 Snatches
10 Burpees


GHD’s for time
A: 50 for time
B: 40 for time
C: 30 for time
D: 5 sets of 5, not timed

Go to the depth you are comfortable and familiar with. This is not the day to push beyond what you’ve done before, unless you feel absolutely confident and your coach approves of your form
