2 warm up sets
3 @ 65%
3 @ 75%
AMRAP @ 80%

Mobility post-squat

Right after your squats, foam roll legs for 5 minutes. Then 1 minute of walking lunges.
Then 5 minutes of foam rolling your legs. If not enough rollers, some become heroes and use a barbell.
