Push Up Technique
Progress through each movement, executing 10 good reps of each before moving on.
-Hands elevated push up
-Push up negative, help yourself to the top
-Push up
-Ring push up negative, help yourself to the top
-Ring push up
-Ring push up, feet above hands

Triple AMRAP:

AMRAP 15:
Run 400m
10 Pull Ups
15 Medball Cleans

After AMRAP 15, Rest 2 minutes, then:

AMRAP 10:
Run 200m
5 Pull Ups
10 Medball Cleans

After AMRAP 10, Rest 1 minute, then:

AMRAP 5:
Run 100m
3 Pull Ups
5 Medball Cleans
