Odd: Air squats
Even: Pull ups*

Odd: Push Press (95/65)
Even: Box Jumps

Tabata 3:
Odd: Burpees
Even: Double Unders

*If you can’t do unbroken pull ups for sets of 5-10, do jumping pull ups.
