Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Behind-neck Push Press

EMOM Ladder up x2
In the first minute, do:
1 Pull up
2 Push Ups
3 Air Squats
Rest for the remainder of that minute. Every successive minute, add that number of pull ups, push ups, and air squats, respectively (1-2-3-rest, 2-4-6-rest, 3-6-9-rest, etc) until you cannot complete all reps in that minute. Do this twice.
