Pistol Progression

One-leg squats with:
-Squat rack assist with arms
-Two-leg squat, straighten leg and hold out in front of you.
-One-leg negative (down), two-leg positive (back up)
-One-leg squat, up and down.

Chip Chip Chip

3 rounds for time:
Run 400m, then
20 reps of:
Pull Ups
Box Jumps (20/16”)
Wallball (20/14lbs)
KB Snatch (35/26lbs)
Burpees
