Pullup Work
If you are working towards your first pullup, use this session to do 7 sets of 3-5 jumping pullups with a controlled (slow) negative.

If you can do a pullup, do 7 sets of 5 jumping pull ups with a controlled negative.

If you can do 5+ pull ups, do 7 sets of 3-5 strict pull ups.

Finish with 3 sets of 20-30 kip swings
