What is CrossFit?

More than a boot camp, CrossFit combines elements of strength training, gymnastics, and more with the aim of improving a person’s entire spectrum of physical skills, including cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
