What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and condition program that can be defined as:

Constantly varied. Functional fitness. High intensity.

CrossFit programming is safe, effective, and designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or age. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals and for elite athletes. The hour you spend in the gym for each class not only maximizes fitness, but it is also fun. We like to refer to the one hour class to your “happy hour” as you spend it with our CrossFit community.  Not only is exercise shown to help with mental health, but it is shown to help reverse chronic disease.  The constantly varied nature and tracking of progress helps keep athletes motivated.
