On Ramp Program

The on-ramp program is required for all athletes without CrossFit experience prior to taking group classes. If you have previous experience, you can meet with a coach for a movement assessment and we will determine the appropriate starting point for you.

Our Free Intro Class

Choose your FREE Intro Class
Our free intro classes are scheduled multiple times throughout each month.   We have two versions of our intro class available for you to choose from.  You must sign up on-line to reserve your spot.

  • No Sweat Intro (30 minutes)  you will learn what makes Cream City CrossFit Co-operative unique, what CrossFit is, and how CrossFit can change your life.  This intro is essentially a meet and greet.  You will talk one on one with a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and get all of your questions answered.  If you decide to continue, you will sign up and pay for our on-ramp program.
  • On-ramp 1/Intro  you will learn what makes Cream City CrossFit Co-operative unique, what CrossFit is, and how CrossFit can change your life. You will also learn some of CrossFit’s foundational movements that apply to everyday life.  The session will end with a short workout.

If the regularly scheduled intro session doesn’t fit into your schedule, no problem! Simply email or give us a call and we can arrange for a time for you to stop in. You are always welcome to stop in at any of our regular classes to see us in action and chat with a coach or members anytime because we’d love to meet you and introduce you to our community!

How to Sign up after your First Free Intro Class

After the free intro session, you can sign up for a new member unlimited membership to continue into the on-ramp classes and begin your first month membership.  You will complete the remaining two on-ramp classes and then you will be able to attend regular group classes for the remainder of your monthly membership (the monthly membership period is 30 days from the date you sign up).  The emphasis of these sessions is to continue learning the foundational movements of CrossFit. These movements are taught in progression and we will cover many of the movements you will do in class so that when you join our community you will feel comfortable that you can execute them safely.  Each session will end with a short workout consisting of movements you learned in the session along with a short discussion.

You must RSVP on-line for each on-ramp class .  If you cannot attend a class that you previously signed up for, you must cancel on-line and email at least 12 hours in advance.  Failure to appear or cancel without 12 hours notice will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
