Focused on Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting movements, this program emphasizes proper form, progressive overload, and individualized coaching. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, Barbell helps build power, confidence, and mastery of the barbell.

- Eat. Sleep. Repeat in 6 – A 6-week coaching program offered 4 times per year designed for gym athletes or community participants to kickstart their nutrition journey, improve performance, recovery, and overall health.
- Big Rocks Blueprint – Get started at any time with our foundational 12 week program for those ready to take action now.
- InBody Body Composition Scan – An analysis to track muscle, fat, and progress over time.
- Mini Nutrition Consult with InBody Scan – A personalized targeted session to answer questions and provide quick, actionable guidance. This is for those that don’t need accountability and can navigate a plan on their own.
